Shop Fixtures

Our design team and production team accompanied by our state of the art machinery, offer durable and world class shop fittings. These include, and are not limited to

Our team has the capability to fabricate these using mild steel, stainless steel, wood or a combination as per your design.

We are open to designing bespoke (custom-made) fixtures, and at times our clients provide drawings for the required fixtures which we then manufacture.

Warehouse Racking & Mezzanine floors

AMPS Engineering has mastered the craft of space management through the vast experience of our design and installations of racking systems and mezzanine floors for the past 25+ years. Our engineers are highly qualified and use the latest software to ensure structural robustness of all assemblies.

Checkout counters

We offer a diverse range of Checkout counters depending on our clients’ needs. These come complete with electrical trunking, till stools, scanner covers and impulse stands. Our designs vary from granite top finishes as well as stainless steel or post form tops. Our team is also in a position to manufacture as per clients need in terms of design, sizes and type of finish. We have done checkout counters for supermarkets, service stations, hardware’s and pharmacies.

Trolleys and Baskets

We supply vast array of trolleys that are used for various tasks ranging from retail shopping, warehousing and display. Our durability is guaranteed by our use of quality material, cutting edge machinery and durable castor wheels. Our team is also capable of making custom made trolleys and baskets.

Joinery & carpentry

Our carpentry and joinery division boast of highly skilled and creative personal equipped with cutting edge equipment. This team works hand and glove with the steel division to manufacture state of the art shelving and fixtures for our diverse clientele. These features include and not limited to :

General Engineering and Sheet Metal Fabrication

The AMPS Engineering team has been technical experts for over 20 years in the manufacture and supply of high quality commercial and industrial catering equipment across the nation. Our products in this category include:

Aluminum Partitioning

Unlike traditional brick wall partitioning, AMPS offers aluminium partitioning to brighten any workspace, to adding practical division within an office and a 21st century look all at once. Our aluminium partitioning can be solid or a combination of glass and aluminium.

These are manufactured from mild steel and have a baked epoxy powder coat finish and pass through an extensive chemical cleaning process. The shelves are supplied in component form, consisting of the shelf itself, in-fill panel, upright posts and a set of brackets. They are easily assembled and adjusted according to the client’s requirements.

Our industrial shelving is manufactured to accommodate light, medium and heavy duty loads all dependent on the client specifications. Each bay comes complete with upright posts, cross braces, and bolted shelves which can be adjusted to your needs.

We have supplied an array of satisfied clients with cold room shelving. We manufacture all components from galvanised steel to avoid steel weathering (rusting). Extensive calculations are carried out before manufacturing the shelving to ensure the most ideal material thickness, as well beam lengths is used during production in order to accommodate the specified loads.

At AMPS we understand how important it is to have library shelves that fit the ever changing needs of institutions. We have a selection that ranges from epoxy baked steel shelving, wooden shelving as well as mobile shelving.
